Rooms (some) are dated but for the most part no issues with cleanliness in the room so far. Staff are friendly. Common areas and halls desperately need renovation and smell of smoke. Free breakfast. Biggest issue is a lot of the less desirables making noise at all hours but staff do try to manage that.

Stains on the beds , bed uncomfortable , the place wasn't even clean from the last people in it & the 2 good things that have to do with the place was location it was close to everything and wi-fi was decent

Excellent front desk service. The room was clean. Internet was fast. Food location. Food rates.

I was alarmed by the other sketchy options in this area, so I was relieved with Super8. No sex trade, no obvious drug use, and no sports teams. That was good enough for us. If you've got little kids with you, it was reasonably safe and secure.

My family and I were in a bind and needed someplace to stay for the night. With a quick Google search we chose super 8. It was 1130 pm at this point my kids were tired my family was tired. I leave my husband and 2 year old daughter in the truck and take my 4 year old son inside to book a room. I was x amount for the room with 100$ deposit because I didn't have a credit card. That's fine. I asked to pay 135$ on my debit and the rest cash. I completed the transaction but the clerk told me there was an error and it didn't go through. The machine was telling him "cancelled by customer" I thought maybe I pulled it out too fast. No receipt had apparently been printed. Ok let's try it again. Next error message was "declined" I thought maybe I read my balance wrong so I brought up my online banking and there it was. A payment to super 8. The man at the desk brought up the payment history on his little pos thing and he didn't have record of it so he denied what he saw in my phone screen. He absolutely refused. At this point he is screaming at me and shaking. My son (4 years old) is crying and telling me to go but I refused. Where was I supposed to go? He told me I needed to get a hold of my bank. How? On a Sunday night and the Sunday before a holiday. At 1130 at night? This was July 31st. To this day, August 18th I still haven't received my money back. I've been in contact with my bank several times and super 8. My bank shows no holds or any attempt at it being returned and super 8 is adamant that their pos company is going to be returning it. I just have to wait. It takes time. (3 weeks? I don't think so) So after all that, I only had 90$ cash left so they waived the deposit (which I have already paid but they deny it) and discounted to room rate. The sheets were dirty. The air didn't work. There were cigarette burns in my non smoking room and the tv remote didn't work for the tv. Their "continental breakfast" consisted of dry muffins, rock hard bagels and cold coffee. They offered to comp me a free weekend for the screaming man and the condescending morning front desk man. Thanks but no thanks super 8. I'd much rather go to the Ramada.

Do Not Stay at Motel 8. It is a hell hole.It is dirty and it has broken outlets and outlet covers missing. The lights don't work at least the switch doesn't do anything. There was cigarette burns all over the sink and the edge of the tub. The room smelt like smoke. We found a hair tie in the bed. We insisted that the beds be changed they finally did it but not without a argument. We booked 2 months ago and we were to have a room with 2 queen beds we got 1 double and a pull out love seat. And we paid the same for the room. We booked by mistake we meant to book at hotel6 .It is soooooo soooo gross I actually wrote clean me on the dust on the back of bathroon door. Horrible do not stay there!!!!
