  This is a well-maintained Budget Motel. The washrooms have been nicely updated. The rooms are very plain, no hotel motel art on the wall. The bed is comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

  Good room but the weekend service was a bit lacking. The room wasn't clean and the lady at the counter was a little rude to us. We weren't offered a different room when we told them it wasn't cleaned properly.

  Location is great, super close to the 401. Breakfast is included, there are many choices for food, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, and more. Rooms are mostly renovated, the heater/AC is old and one of the dials was broken, but the rest of the room was clean and new. The room includes a microwave and a small fridge. Bathroom was clean, though the tub drained very slowly, might be a little clogged. We got a 1st floor room, loved having the patio door.

  Nice and clean. Not 5 star $180 a night nice and clean, but $80 a night nice and clean. Plus a free breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff.

  Price is reasonable. The facility is newly renovated. Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

  Over crowded breakfast room, the fridge in the bedroom was really noisy making it hard to sleep as well as loud guests in adjacent rooms. The room was clean and the price was decent.

  The rooms were clean and nice, however even with a group discount they are quite more expensive than comparable hotels in the area.

  Comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly people. However for a non smoking hotel as you walk down the halls all you could smell was pot smoke
