This is the best place to stay with our dogs in Windsor. We have stayed here twice. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Jennifer was great when we checked in. Very friendly and perky! However once checked into the room we had ants in the sink and they didn't have another room available with one bed. So we were Unable to change rooms. Jennifer did have an ant trap and we used that for the night.. We constantly had key problems and spent more time running up and down stairs trying new ones, then being in the room. Very loud for sleeping due to being on the highway. The morning we were leaving, I went to have bath and there was hair in the shower and in the tub and under the sink. The outside of the toilet was dirty. Very unimpressed.
Will never stay here again and to top it off I lost my necklace that was given to me by someone very special and is unreplaceable. I am hoping someone has found it and would be greatly appreciated if they can return it to the comfort inn

Room was clean. Breakfast was OK. Shower water pressure was good. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Not an easy entrance into parking lot. Small entrance off a busy street that won't enable you to turn around. Breakfast is meh. Staff is very friendly rooms are clean. Nice pool, nice rooms. Best hotel I've found in Windsor.

Excellent meeting room for company event. Great Continental breakfast. Lots of options. Friendly front desk staff. Ease of access from the expressway. Only recommendation is for them to fix the GIGANTIC pothole right out front of the main driveway.

Great was there for a work function. Pool will be under renovation for the next little while to make your stay more enjoyable. please be aware may be closed from time to time

Cold water, they still charged the full extent on the night. Only spent 5 hours in this place. Ran the hot water for 20 minutes and more. Because they told me it would turn warm. Never did. The food made me sick and I was very sad. For 100$+.

I was visiting Windsor Ontario for 1 night and I booked my stay with Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge using Trivago app. When I went to my suite I found food on the floor near my suite. It was so noisy at night from the other residents that I was not able to sleep that well, which made me sleep late and miss the breakfast that was included with the stay.

Attended a birthday party with my 8 year old daughter. Our close family friends daughter was turning 10 and all 6 girls who attended the sleepover had an outstanding time. The pool area was tidy, water warm, slide was a blast for the kids but the hot tub was quickly closed to a guest bringing their diapered baby in the hot tub - you can fill in the rest. Other than the lack of other guests decency, I'd say this hotel is worth staying at if you're looking for a decent 3.5 star place that won't break the bank and has a relatively bland complimentary breakfast (staff do not adequately restock food items as the morning progressed sadly enough). That'd be my main gripe - staff just didn't seem to be there to monitor guest behavoir or stock breakfast and whatnot. They maintain the facility itself and then let animals do as the animals do (and by animals I mean, classless guests). Hope this helps.
