Clean, quiet, elegant, modern, well equipped, and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. Wi-Fi was strong and fast. Bathroom was equipped with a VERY large shower staff, but no tub. Great place to stay!

Prices are reasonable. Staff was very friendly. Our room was great. I like that everything is updated. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and everything was clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Wow. Very impressed. I always stayed at well known brand hotel and I am happy with my stay at this inn. Very clean. All you need is here. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Is close to everywhere.

What great service and the waitress was very pleasant (Karen). Restrooms were very clean, meal was excellent and done just the way we asked for it. Had a good group of people and a steady flow coming and going. My hat off to the chef! There was no rushing to get you in and out.

This was a great hotel. We were visiting from Germany and were in the hotel for 10 days. We will definitely be coming back here next year! The room was clean and spacious. We had a big fridge which was very useful and a coffee maker. The hotel is near lots of shops including Walmart and there is a restaurant which is open until 23.00 on site (a lot of restaurants seem to close at 22.00 in Windsor). Staff were very friendly.

It was a quick dinner after shopping. The waitress checked in on a us a few times. Had the Crispy Chicken Club which hit the spot. Has nightly specials that are mostly Wings.

Comfortable clean rooms.really clean! Great canadian made cruelty free toiletries provided. Staff was extremely pleasant.

The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and modern. The decor was excellent and everything was in great working order. Service was excellent and the price is reasonable.

It's a well kept Inn and accommodated well for the one night I stayed there, it's in a good location right near some stores, the rooms were kept clean provided a comfortable living space. Front desk was always polite and made check in and check out very easy. Overall great experience.

Honestly, for the price this hotel was top class. I've stayed at 3 stars and 5 stars and I enjoyed this hotel just as much as any hotel. Have stayed in Windsor more then a few times and this is my favourite hotel. Also recommend the bar attached to the hotel. My only critique is that they should update their key system to enter the hotel and roomright now they just use a regular key instead of a scanner like I'm accustomed to. Highly recommended hotel I give it a 5 stars and 2 thumbs up which is rare from me
