Comfortable and clean rooms. Beautiful view of the river. Excellent buffet breakfast included and better than most. It had a better selection and variety of items. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great for business travelers and leisure travel.

Great Breakfast. Great customer service. Great waterfront view. Very close to the Tunnel to Detroit. I would definitely go back here. I just wish Downtown Windsor had more to offer.

Checked into this hotel on a whim, and very late at night. The staff was polite and accommodating (they extended our check out time). Parking passes are given for a $12 fee but it's worth it, as it gives multiple in and out privileges. The view from our room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is very clean and elegant. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for a night. It was good. The view of the river was really nice. Room was clean and modern. You could tell the building is older, but it's well maintained and has been updated.
The room included breakfast, which was decent. Breakfast was buffet style with cereal, different breads and English muffins for toast, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast, boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles, coffee, tea and juice.response / report this review -

We are three women who worked together 25yrs ago and became best friends, we plan a "Girl's Get-Away" excursion every year to reconnect and just have a relaxed, fun time together, catching up. For the last four years, we have tried to stay fairly local to where we all live because we only have a weekend and don't want to waste any time travelling to our destination..besides how many people really check out their own local area's attractions! My son had recommended this hotel from a previous stay of his and I can't say we that we were disappointed in any way. The location is perfect, it's close to many restaurants, the Casino, the River Boat cruise (which was excellent by the way), and the waterfront parks and boardwalk are absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyoneyou won't be disappointed.we weren't!! Go and enjoy!

The room had a panoramic view of the river and the Detroit city skyline it was beyond all expectations. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, and centrally located to night life, shopping, and restaurants. Didn't need a car once we got there. The price was comparable if not better then souronding options

The front desk staff were especially welcoming. They have a good 10min parking out front so you can load or unload your car. Parking in the back is good. We received a noise complaint and the man who came to speak with us was very calm and understanding. We had been loud earlier in the evening but we did nothing at the time of the complaint but we were able to work it out respectfully. The view was unreal. I've never had a better view. Pricing was good. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and others. I'd also definitely return in the future.

Our experience at the Best Western Plus Riverside hotel in Windsor was a nice surprise. We had a panorama room and the view was unsurpassed of the riverfront gardens, the Detroit skyline and the Great Lakes ships passing by. The staff and service were excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

We were there for St. Patrick's day.
Room was great. Good view of Detroit River. Staff was great. Bartender was really friendly had a great time talking with her. Breakfast was good something for everyone. Can't wait to go back again.

This is the best spot in Windsor. Great views, near the park and the nature center. You would be remiss if you stayed anywhere else. After saying that, I should say, don't listen to me. I want to be able to get a room there whenever I'm in that area.
