Great location and spacious, good value rooms make Cozy Inn worth shortlisting. The listed check-in time is before 18:30, but the host was accommodating to us arriving after seven. It's worth noting that despite being listed as a b&b, and their description saying "breakfast available", breakfast is not included as standard - it's an extra $20 per person. But there are a fridge and kettle and basic tea/coffee amenities included.

I had worst experience here. I dont think this is kind of hotel. it is rather a private house you can stay using airbnb.

Our stay in Cozy Inn was a wonderful experience. The owners live on the property and also take care of all guests' needs. They obviously love what they do, which gave a very personal touch to our vacation to Niagara Falls. The place and neighborhood are pretty quiet, and only a 10-min walk to the falls (which can be appreciated only when you get there and see all the crowds, heavy traffic, and no parking). We were lucky to get the largest of the three rooms, which had a huge bathroom -- completely unexpected of a cozy inn. Cleanliness is kept to the highest standard. I'd been worried about the bed, since my back can hurt when sleeping on soft mattresses, but their bed was amazing, and a very good investment on the owners' part. Breakfast was an experience on its own, served on a large table that can seat 8 people, decorated with silverware and real china dishware (not cheap melamine ones common to B&Bs in general). We really enjoyed having breakfast with other guests at that large table and being served and entertained by the very owners. Food was amazing, but even more so was the warm and homy atmosphere the owners created for all of us that morning.

You cannot go wrong staying at the Cozy Inn! Danny and Alexandra are the most amazing hosts, so friendly and knowledgeable, they gave us great suggestions for what to do and seeand the breakfast was absolutely awesome. Perfect location for walking, yet far enough away that you're not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I would recommend Cozy Inn to anyone, any timewe will definitely return. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Golden Room for my thirtieth birthday, and really enjoyed our time. The house is within walking distance of the Falls, but far enough away that you can't hear the craziness of the main drag. Breakfast was amazing every morning! There was a large spread of food, and Alexandra was even able to accommodate my vegan girlfriend. Dan was quick to give advice on where to go and what to do. The hosts clearly enjoy what they do. I really can't recommend this place highly enough! I'm very glad that we stayed here and not in one of the big corporate hotels.
