Recently and currently being renovated in an modern kind of industrial look. It was clean and the king bed was comfortable. It took forever to get hot water!
Park at the small lot across the road Jason was accommodating all for 20

The place looks like it was really renovated. It's trendy and the front desk made the check in easy.

There is no hotel parking though but there's a private parking across the street.

The rooms are not insulated from the noises in the hallway, making it really HARD to fully enjoy a night sleep. I wouldn't come back until they resolve it!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms and friendly staff. I had a gorgeous king room that was among the cleanest places I've ever stayed at. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the Eaton Centre and 5 minutes from the University of Toronto.

    Where to start?

    No parking
No ice machineif you ask they will give you directions to the closest 711
    No mini fridge
    No iron or ironing board
The breakfast is your choice of stale muffin OR warm yogurtremember no ice! This is not even food safe. Covered in fruit flies.
Breakfast not put out until 7ameverywhere else is 6am.
The TV system is glitchy on a good day.
The fan and thermostats don't work together properly. Hotel renovations are no excuse for this lack of service.

This hotel feels more like a backpackers hostile but at hotel prices.

Hotel staff were friendly and the room itself was clean and newly renovated.

Hotel is under construction but so far I'm liking what I see. The rooms are clean and modern like. It exceeded well above my expectations. the cost per night stay should've been a little cheaper considering Hotel is under construction and not all amenities are available for the guests.

Great downtown option that will not break a bank. This hotel is under major renovation. I had a room on the newly renovated floor. The room design is simple and very functional. Silent and efficient air condition, functional bathroom with sliding door shower, new smart TV with YouTube and www options, and plenty power and USB sockets. Many dining options around. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

New renovated rooms are amazing. Beds are unbelievably comfortable. Room has a rustic, but homey feel to them. Huge TV in the room. Only thing missing is a mini fridge.

Edit: After staying a few nights, a few issues started popping up. First and foremost, the blinds do not close all the way. they block the view coming in, but if you're trying to sleep in, good luck. They blinds allow sun in like no other. There's no way to fully close them, and the sun woke me up every morning far before I wanted to be up.

Then, and worst of all, the hot water was out for two days. it stopped one morning, and by the time I went to take a shower the next morning, it was still out. Unacceptable.

My visit was decent that is the reason for the three stars. I had a room that has been recently remodeled there's some little minor finishing touches that needs to be taken care of and looked into. 1 toilet rocks when you sit on it. 2 No lamp on either side of the bed, only in the middle. 3 The cabinetry for the a refrigerator was there but hadn't been installed in room. Hotel needs a ice machine, the rooms and Hotel looked like and sounds like they're going through a major renovation would've been helpful to know the noise level is bad. Over all I love the new look. Great location location location location love the location for what I was therefore. industrial look of the hotel good Decore. But the bedding was brand-new just taken out of the package look like.

Good hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The reason for 2 stars is 1. I had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before the water warmed up enough. 2. Parking is not included in the price of the room. We were told it's $26 extra per night. In top of that, the lot was full when we arrived. It was much cheaper to find parking in another downtown parking garage nearby

The location is walking distance to family in Toronto. The neighbourhood seems safe enough. The service is good. The rooms always clean and we have stayed 3 times over 4 years now. No food room service. No food really or we can't comment as we missed breakfast

Don't let "hotel" confuse you. It is a downgrade on comfort inn standards.

But The staff was incredibly nice.

Rooms are rundown, no phone, no fridge. Bed is nice. Walls are paper thin.

It was a clean hotel in a good location. The beds were very comfortable. There was only a breakfast room which was small but we only had to wait a few minutes to get seated. The hot breakfast was the same everyday, sausage and scrambled egg. There was bread and pastries and a waffle maker. The staff were great and very helpful.
