Today i went in to fix my phone and the staff was very friendly and generous(Ryan). I would highly recommend people to come in and get your phone fixed here.

I took my phone in to get the rear facing camera fixed (it wouldn't focus properly). Staff was EXTEREMLY polite and respectful and thorough with the process. The next morning it qas already ready to be picked up. They waved a charge because it went over an amount they promised and decided not to charge me. The camera DID break again a few hours after. But they fixed it again for free, told me what to do if it happened again and its been a few days and its still fine. Highly reccomend. It'll save u A LOT of money as apposed to sending into the manufacturer.

Brought in a 2014 Macbook Air that had stopped turning on and charging. Apple and apple-certified stores quoted 700-800 dollars to switch out the logic board to fix the issue. Cellular fixed it for a fraction of the price by replacing a single part and computer works perfectly! It took a total of two weeks for them to figure out the exact issue and do the repair. I have previously brought in other Apple devices for various repairs and have always gotten a good price and excellent result. Highly recommend them for any Apple device repair.

Came in because I dropped Munich phone in water. My phone had so much water damage but they managed to fix it perfectly within the week. This place it great to get Apple devices fixed quickly, properly and even cheaper than going through Apple. I always recommend my friends and family to go to the cellular walk in clinic.

Cellular Walk In Clinic on Portage Ave is outstanding! From moment i walked in ,greeted with courtesy and knowledge . Repair estimate was exact and repair was done ahead of time completely to my satisfaction . I would never hesitate doing business here in the future .

Impressed 100% with the help I received today, all the staff were courteous and friendly, Customer focused, and pretty much within an hour of dropping off my phone on a busy Friday night they had me good to go, they even stayed a little late to ensure I was happy and everything was working. Highly recommended!

Staff is polite, but my experience regarding my phone was terriblemy phone was also returned to me with multiple scratches and chips. Highly suggest avoiding this place..

MY REPLY TO THE "TWO SIDED STORY"
I have no reason to lie I don't gain anything out of it. I don't want anyone to go through the terrible experience I went through at your storebeing left with a phone that doesn't turn on anymore with multiple chips/scratches all thanks to your staff. I also asked to speak to the owner and the guy working the front desk did not let me. After reading this response from the store owner it is clear to see he has no desire to reach out to the clients who have had an awful experience dealing with his store. Therefore I strongly suggest anyone who has ever received terrible service from here to report it directly to the business bureau.response / report this review -

Brought my mac book in for repair. Checked around at a few places, all said it was unrepairable. The tech at cellular walk in not only repaired my mac, but showed me video of the parts he replaced. Very impressed with their lab setup, equipment and ability to do such elaborate repairs. Great experience with the staff, and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great price and fast turnaround time! Thank you to cellular walk in; would highly recommend you!

I had two phones repaired there. Both were complete in under 24 hours. The customer service was excellent as was the repair. And it has a warranty so if I have any problems I can go back. It is definitely busy in there but that's a good sign I think. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience with them. Brought in my grandpa'a tablet that needed the charging port fixed. The gent at front desk was extremely professional and provided detail on pricing and follow on up repairs. The device was repaired quickly and the price was solid. Definitely going back there if the service is needed and will recommend to friends and family. Happy customer.
