They offer a high level of service and are perfect veterinary service providers for Cats. I have been consistently happy with their advice, support and diagnostics.

Do not take your cat here. I took my cat here for years and the service was great. However, it has changed significantly in the past few years. I called because my cat was having severe symptoms. I had to wait 48 hours for an appointment. I took him in. They did expensive tests and said they would call in 24 hours. I got no call and called them three times the next day. Each time I was told the vet would be right with me. I finally got through close to closing. I was told hyperthyroid although a bunch of symptoms didn`t fit. We had to wait for more results the next day. The following day, no call. I called later in the day and the vet was gone. I called on Friday later in the day and they had sent an email to the wrong address Friday morning. The tests were okay, but they could be a false negative because of the cat's symptoms. My cat was NOT getting better. They would start him on thyroid meds the next week. Well, over the weekend the cat deteriorated to the point that I had to put him down. If they had started treatment and hadn`t dragged their feet, I may still have my cat. Instead, I have a huge bill.

I recently adopted a second cat and brought her here for an initial check-up. Booking the appointment was extremely easy and when I got there, the staff was well-organized, friendly, and very accommodating. To top everything off, because the adoption was from the SPCA, they didn't actually charge me for this first appointment, which I think is a fantastic program!

I would absolutely recommend this establishment and will definitely be switching my other cat over to this clinic as well so that he can receive the same great service.

I'm so glad Vancouver has a place just for cats. Our poor kitties have had a lot of work done here, mostly dental, and they are so kind and nurturing to our animal children.

I have a regular vet in our old city and had heard good things about this place just down the street from our new home. They definitely know how to treat cats. There's a Feliway in the waiting room where I was given a few minutes to acclimatize my upset kitty. She tends to flip out, which she still did, but I had forwarned and the tech was well prepared. They had a container of fresh catnip and a little toy she ended up coming home with.

    Everyone was very knowledgeable.

Costs were a bit higher than my usual vet in Richmond, but well worth it considering they know their furry feline friends.

Very mindful and caring staff, however it is a bit pricy.

Took my cat in for a diagnosis related to sudden onset of alopecia. Booked appointment online five days in advance with no issue and was called 48 hours prior to confirm. On-site experience was equally pleasant hassle-free. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, took time to explain potential causes of symptoms and to walk me through all options. I was particularly impressed with aftercare and follow-ups.

Cats Only is on the higher end of the price spectrum, but for good reason.
