I have been booking my tickets through Bains Travel for over 10 years now and have always received excellent service from Ajay Gupta. They do not just advice you what the best flight is, but help you find one that fits you and your budget. I highly recommend their services.

Ajay Gupta has been my travel advisor for few years and he provides excellent customer service. He is easily accessible, good to talk to and has excellent knowledge of the job he does. I have in fact recommended few friends for travel advises and bookings.

I have been dealing with Bernadette Russell for a few years now. She is amazing. Always helpful, accommodating, and professional. Very friendly too! She always provides alternatives and special info, of where to go when you get to your destination. I highly recommend Bernie at Bains Travel!

Very bad service from this company. Always late to get responses back and looking at price of group bookings through them for destination wedding with over 100 guests it's actually more expensive then if we found flights on our own. Don't understand the point of going through them.

My experience with Bains travel has always been very amazing. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been purchasing my family tickets for 10 yrs now and no complaints.. only praises. They take care of your entire trip from the time you book your trip till you come back. Very personalised service. Kudos. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience every year of purchasing tickets for last 15 years. Mr. Ajay Gupta has been giving us a fabulous experience with great deals on packages going to India, Mexico and LA. Its very reliable, friendly and wonderful customer service attitude. Must say that even in the stage of net world where buying tix are accomodating, Bains travel gives a full on complete detail about tours and trips and much more.

Ajay is a true gentleman and a first rate agent. For the many years we have been booking with Ajay our personal travel, we have been nothing but delighted at what he has done for us. He not only met our expectations, he went above and beyond and consistently exceeded them as well as remembering details that we had long forgotten about. Whenever I am travelling or looking for a great vacation idea I call or stop in at Bains Travel. I have always had great service and enjoy the person to person aspect of being able to talk or ask questions about my flights/hotels/packages.
