People were plite and friendly. I planed to get my puppy some immune shots. Phoned them and they said the cost was about 80 dollars. But they successfully made several handred dollars from me. I stopped going there after they kept asking me to spend more.

Actually I have no idea how much it really should cost. I'm not complaining they charged too much. Just got upset because there was too big a gap between the quotation and the real cost.

Doctors there asked to do a bunch of tests on my cats with absolutely no results. And after I refusing to do more tests they threatened to report to BCSPCA! Report an owner who truly loves her cat to SPCA?!! I was really offended and upset. After I told them that I will transfer my car to another hospital they threatened me again to report to SPCA! Very upset with this experience and I’ll never go again!

Bad experience. A huge ant crawled across the counter while I was paying the rediculous bill. The first test for my older male dog was a $83 test for a rare disease found mainly in young to middle aged female dogs--Addison's disease. I also found out that of the 12 blood components of this disease, my dog had only 4. Of course I was finally given the blood results after I agreed to this test. BTW, the independent summary of his test revealed he likely had kidney disease. So prepared to be taken for a very expensive ride.

Dr. Yvonne is fantastic. She took so much time to meet with our new puppy and walked us through everything we need to know to make our new life awesome. Their staff are super caring and explain everything in detail. The follow up with email and phone calls after appointments is customer service at its best and their use of online confirmation of appointments is user friendly and great for a tech person like me. Our pup is in very good hands and we look forward to a lasting relationship with the clinic.

Unprofessional and uncaring practice. Lack of transparency in procedures and knowledge with felines. Miss diagnosed terminal illness with poor/unprofessional follow up. This caused emotional stress and lingering issues with pet insurance.
When inquired regarding insurance issues, the clinic took a very uncaring approach simply stating the patient is no longer with the hospital (after the miss diagnose I transferred clinic ) therefore they cannot assist further and its up to the other clinic.
Overall terrible experience would not recommend for any cat owners.

I recommend looking at Yelp review as well there are quite a few similar stories on there.
