Pool and hot tub were great with the cold winter air and snow! Condos were nice, booked ours through AirBNB. I would recommend

Awesome! Stayed here in winter with little kiddos. We all loved the outdoor heated pool right outside our door. Chalets are well stocked and maintenance staff is friendly. The view are incredible from every window. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice clean and quiet condo. Hot pools were just the ticket in the mountains and we're well maintained. Parking was ample and good distance from town.

We have stayed here a few times. Last night might have been our last.
After a long road trip we came to our room only to discover the door code that was emailed to us was incorrect and our door wouldn’t open. Looking into the windows we noticed it wasn’t even cleaned yet.
There is no front desk concierge. Just a sign on the door to call a number for help.
The people on the phone said that we need to drive to a different hotel across town to pick up a key and while we were gone someone would clean our room. Really? I have to drive to pickup a key on a room I payed for?
We were also told we needed to drop off our key at the other motel when our stay was over.
Now this is an isolated incident I’m sure, but the fact that there is no front desk, or anyone to help us is unacceptable. No paying customer should be told to go pickup a key at a different hotel. I should have invoiced them for my services and gas.
The condos are very nice. Very clean kitchens and beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub area are some of the best in Canmore.
It’s a shame we probably won’t come back to enjoy it.response / report this review -

Beds are great comfy / clean..
Pool nice.
Other wise. 2/3 tv's didn't work as well never did get remote for master bedroom.
Hardly any channels it was like we had basic TV. No internet connection.. in any of out devices!
Not worth the price tag of 760 for 2 nights

Every room has a large staircase. In our room there was no bathroom on the main floor, so not great for people with mobility issues. Fairly expensive for what you get. Air conditioned which was nice.

Mystic Springs Chalets provided us with an exciting place to stay near the famous Banff National Park. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to overspend for hotels in Banff. This is a wonderful alternative. They have two rooms and a pull out bed, which was comfortable but the springs were annoying at times. The only complaint I have is that they have a room for table tennis but the balls were dented.

Visited in advance of recommending to future wedding guests. Facility is nice but shows a lot of neglect in terms of genersl upkeep. Windows around pool so filthy could not see pool through them. Conference room so very tired, needs paint, new carpet.pride of ownership!

Found a well kept unit on VRBO. Everything we needed for an extreamly quite weekend. Been there many times, found some units lack the attention to keep the condos tip top. Kind of hit and miss place. Mostly unkept by tourists that leave their manners at home. Pick up and clean-up after yourselves, and your puppies.

We stayed there in December 2016. There were 7 of us (6 adults and 1 baby). The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The suite was cosy and clean. The full kitchen made our stay so much easier with our little one. The service was great, and place was clean. We were able to park right outside of our suite on the street. The location was excellent and we will definitely be going back!

The rooms were good we had a group of 17 that we fit into two of the side by side rooms. There general areas were clean and the location and views were excellent. There however were no extra blankets or pillows to accommodate those sleeping on the pullout bed.
