I was supposed to receive 2 different kind of bracket. One with a circle and the other with the rectangle as shown in the manual but after installing the brackets it turned out that both brackets were exactly the same. Now I have 2 holes in the side of my window which sacrifices the integrity. Ridiculous job by the packaging department. I was planning on buying 4 more blinds and actually gave them 5 stars for my experience just to find this out. What a complete hassle and waste of time.

I've shopped at Blinds to Go before and came to the Windsor, ON store because I liked the quality and selection offered. But I was extremely disappointed in how the sale was completed (I was taking advantage of the buy one get the second of equal or lesser value at half price). I have made purchases from other companies where they have literally tried to find the best possible savings for me, the customer. With my purchase from Blinds to Go (two blinds for about $325 and two for $51) the sales person took the worst possible combination and gave me half on both the $51 blinds, saving me only $51. Had I purchased them separately, I should have saved over $187! I didn't realize how it was calculated until after I made the final payment. Yes, I should have been more aware - buyer beware - but I unfortunately was trusting the sales person to do the right thing. When I talked to the manager (Helena) she refused to help in any way. I still have 8 more windows to buy blinds for. I am hoping that if a fair resolution can be reached I would return to the store and buy the blinds there. If not, I will have to look elsewhere. To me, if I can't trust the sales person and company to treat me in an ethical and honest fashion then I and my acquaintances will not purchase from Blinds to Go as a matter of principle.
