  Great staff, great food and great service! What more could you ask for. The family came in from out of town and we didn't want to be busy in the kitchen so we catered in from Carmen's and everyone raved about how good the food was. Thank you Carmen!

  Carmen's catered our dinner this evening for 13 people and it was wonderful. Food was delivered piping hot. It was so good there was very little conversation as everyone enjoyed the meal. We would recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu. Thanks again Carmen for making out Christmas Dinner extra special.

  They ruined a good party at FireWorks night.
  The ordoeuvre trays never reached the back row tables. Servers were not experienced.
  Steaks were too dry, I am usually not picky, but mine was still on the plate when they collected the empties. And most people left steaks half not touched.
  I heard tons of complaints.
  Positive sides: the quality of the dessert table, the generosity of the side dishes.
