  Horrible service, I will never get insurance from them again. I had asked if I would get charged a cancelation policy if I switched insurance 2 months before my term was up because my rate was so much higher with them then elsewhere. I was informed it would be $40 to cancel the insurance. They never informed us that cancelling we would not get our last months payment back that we paid at the start of the term. So instead of a $40 fee they told me it would be its actually $260. After I cancelled they still took the payment out of my account even though Im no longer insured by them and will now have to wait 15 days to get the money back.

  I've had excellent service on every visit / phone call. I had a flood claim that was handled as quickly and efficiently as possible at the time.

  Very disappointed in Allstate in how they handled our case. We were not in good hands..
