Just went to the store with my 6week old son to get his passport photo. Lady said wait at the front and she will get it done. Waited 20 minutes without her coming back and she even helped another lady who walked in print her pictures. There was another lady on staff helping the only other customer so they were not swamped. Walked out

Very deceptive pricing. They list the canon 70-200 f2.8 is ii at $2299.00 dollars. They say you will save $770.00 off list price. I've never seen that lens for a dime more than $2299.00 on line. Henry's dose that on all their products. I purchased that exact lens on line for $2199.00 about a year ago. Have purchased items from Henry's before. Won't be going back! Shop around.

Great staff with a great selection. They take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend this store for any photographer in the area that needs service and support.

I frequent the store because I know I'm going to get professional and honest advice. Stores are all about trying to make a sale of course, and I know that, but the staff at this shop is always interested in putting into your hands the right product, not just any product. They provide valuable advice and guidance and you're willing to spend the time and effort to make sure that you have a clear understanding of the equipment that you're purchasing. They will even advise against certain purchases because they might feel that you have the proper focal links already accommodated in your camera bag. I'm not sure of how other stores operate when it comes to Camera sales and photography but this particular store is the best I've seen .
