Bryant installed the furnace and AC in 2011 and we've had them do the preseason inspections every year since. All the techs have arrived at the appointed times and were competent, knowledgeable and thorough. Mike Rihanna, who performed the service today, was very friendly and explained what he had checked and offered some money and energy saving tips.

I cant say enough about the experience I had with Bryant Heating and Cooling. It started with the technician checking my air conditioning system and advising me that because my unit was already 25 years old it was not worth fixing.and then deciding to replace the furnace as well.
The sales consultant followed up with recommendations as what unit to purchase,very pleasant and helpful. Very professional also.
Then when the unit was installed Geoff and Cody were the best .They did the installation perfectly and always took whatever material needed to be discarded. They were so nice and helpful felt very comfortable with everything that was done .Everything was explained to me thoroughly.
I do not have one negative thing to say about anything and then a follow up to make sure everything was OK. Thank you all at bryant heating and cooling,you deserve 5 stars.

Our furnace was condemned & shut off upon inspection after the flood. Tim from Bryant came out, quoted & arranged for replacement install. Mark & Dante were very professional installers. They replace the furnace, A/C unit & hot water tank in a day & a half. Very neat install & no mess left behind. Very good job from quote to finished install. Thank you Mark & Dante for a job well done.

When our A/C coil decided to spill water into the furnace blower and all over the floor, it was clear that we needed immediate help. Of course it was Saturday, and equipment always seems to fail on the weekend. The first two calls to mechanical contractors ended up with leaving a message. One of the two responded later with $170 per hour. Our third call was to Bryant. We were immediately talking to a courteous person who scheduled their technician. The tech arrived within 2 hours and was very professional and clean cut. He quickly determined the issue as being a 1988 coil that had served its time (our home inspector missed that detail in 2012). He asked if we would like their sales person to come over and quote a system to replace the aging equipment. Within 1.5 hours, Tim was over and determined several equipment options explaining the differences between the options. We agreed on an option and the work was scheduled and completed (A/C) by the following Wednesday. Thursday involved completing the furnace installation. The Saturday service call was $99 + tax (and was credited back on the equipment purchase).

I have to say that as a Professional Mechanical Engineer, I expect equipment to be installed properly. Bryant didn’t disappoint – they delivered. The installation was neat, pipes were properly fitted, all joints were properly welded, wires were routed and clipped neatly, and the equipment was squared up and level. I had nothing to complain about. Scott and Gary are well seasoned professionals. We also had an ultraviolet system installed by Mark one week later. Again, same excellent result.

From customer service and sales through installation, Bryant has it together.

Dead central air. Called and was greeted by a friendly Receptionist (Colleen I think). She had scheduled a service work order in about 3 hrs time. Keven showed up and within minutes knew what needed to be fixed, ordered parts. He was courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up work area. Total repair in less than 2 hours and AC running cool again. Thanks

We were very pleased with the service our tech Michael provided. We came home to our air not working and called. Michael was at our house within 20 minutes and quickly assessed the problem. He gave us informed advice of how and why our air went and we are looking forward to Michael coming back to service both our air and furnace later this year. His customer service and knowledge were outstanding.

My husband and I have been customers of Brant since March 2014. The crew that did the install was knowledgeable and professional. They explained every step. Since install of our new furnace and AC units the service technicians for follow up maintenance have been friendly and reliable. I had over 90 years of experience installing my Furnace and AC unit and it showed. Great workmanship and professional Attitudes. Employees make a company great. I can see why Bryant is the best.

Just had a new furnace and ac installed today by Gary and Scott. They did a great job! Very thorough with attention to detail. Gary explained my new thermostat and helped me program it. The new furnace was also fully explained to ,e as was the humidifier. Our sales person Mike was also very professional. Highly recommend this company - 100% professional!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional service technician. Took the time to walk me through all of the maintenance items he was verifying and gave me some tips to improve the life of some working parts and ways to have my furnace run more efficiently. Scott and Gary, you guy's are awesome! They installed a complete heating/cooling system for me and did a beautiful job. Being a tradesman myself, I know a good job from a bad and for me, it's about the little details. These two experts left nothing out and their workmanship is second to none. Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and very clean workers. These guy's deserve a pay raise and a company paid trip to the destination of their choice. Can't say enough. Thanks!
