I like it. Fella at the front desk was nice. Sweet big horn sheep mural on the side, convenient convenience store next door, they do that isosolese triangle thing on the toilet roll which shows that they care. Tv. Didn't check if it works. Probably got nice views but it's dark right now. Free ice, beds are comfy with retro sheets. Yeah. I gave 5 stars even though it's probably a 3.8 but I wanted to up the overall score you know?

Unfortunately we left. The room was unbearably hot with no cool air and as highway was just outside our window, would have been impossible to sleep through. Probably better in winter.

Wouldn't stay here again. They tried to charge us an extra night because we checked out at noon. Additionally, the customer service was terrible which is a shame considering we come out to Canmore so often. Will not be recommending and will not be returning. 0/10

It's really too bad there is not a "no star at all option." In short, this motel is garbage and a complete waste of your money! Staff are very unwelcoming, the rooms are disgusting not just dated but moldy and very unclean, all linens, shower curtain, towels and draps were stained! The bathtub never drained from our shower, we could hear the other guest between our paper thin walls and the beds were so hard i needed a chiro the next morning! I would recommend anywhere but here!

After reading all the bad reviews I was pretty nervous to stay here. I was pleasantly surprised! The man at the front desk was really friendly and even stayed up late for us because we were arriving shortly after midnight. The room was clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. We brought our dog with us so we were given a room right beside an exit door, which made taking him out to pee way easier. All in all I think it's a great little motel that's reasonably priced.

Bedbugs. I get that they happen, and we were fully refunded our payment, but they were obvious when I took the sheet off the mattress after noticing one crawling about. It should have been caught earlier.
I also lifted the box spring and it was a mess under there. A vacuum is just brushed around the outside.
It's a value deal if you don't find bugs in your room.response / report this review -

Don't stay here, if you have nowhere else to sleep but have a car Sleep in your car!
Asian man at the counter was very rude, refused to book a room. Said "you book online, I no book".
There was a mix up with our room date, when we arrived he said we were a "no show" the day before. When we tried to explain he simply said "no your wrong", so we asked if we could rebook and said " no" We asked, so you have no rooms? He said " no"!
We looked online to find a new place to stay, bookings. Com says he had 4 rooms available.
Very rude, very lazy, glad we didn't end up staying there. Will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

A hotel of last resort. Really awful. Rude manager. Dated furniture. Unexpected smells. Expensive. The rooms must have been assembled from a myriad of garage sales. Stayed two nights and was happy to leave. You will do much better in nearby Canmore.

Terrible place to stay. Booked the room two days before the trip on Expedia, never heard of the cancelation charges would be the full amount. Trip was canceled due last minute because someone in the group was sick. The manager wouldn't provide any future credit and insisted to charge my credit card, without my permission. Isn't that illegal?? Anyway I hope they close down due to all the terrible service. How can someone wish to grow their business by treating their customer unfair?? Would not recommend anyone to go there at all.
