  This store is so cute. Friendly staff, and so many different brands. Slightly pricey, but a great place to treat yourself and definitely not outrageous prices.The particular staff member that was working when I went in was incredibly sweet. I had to wait for them to wrap another customer's gifts, and they offered me a free lipstick since I'd been so patient. It was very kind and it made my day. Definitely check this place out - it will be worth your time!

  One of my favourite local gems in the city! Staff is always so friendly and very knowledgeable. product is top of the line and always quality. loved every item I've purchased here, you definitely get what you pay for! They carry both mens and womens products and all sorts of pretty things to look at.

  My partner just had the worst experience possible with this store. She bought a product as a present last night. When she got home there were marks on the outside packaging and on the inside it was obvious that some product & packaging was missing. She went to return it today and they refused to give her her money back. They blamed her for not looking inside more carefully. When she looked around the store today she saw how uncleanly their products were kept. This is supposedly to be a "high-end" store. It seems more like a dollar store with this type of service. We would have given in zero stars if we could.

  This has been my go to cosmetics store in kits since I was in high school. (A decade ago!). Great selection of higher end lines, friendly and helpful staff, prime location.
