Very friendly and a really delicious maple iced donut! They only take cash or Canadian debit cards but do accept USD.

Greasy experience. They don't deserve the ratings. I could feel the old oil flavour in the donuts :/ Go to Stuart's deli just around the corner.

This place has great donuts and five or ten years ago it had a great selection. But any time I've been there in the past year the racks are only a quarter filled at best and the selection is down to about a half dozen random types. I get the impression they are trying to make as few donuts as necessary so there is no waste at the end of the day. The problem is it makes the place look rather sad.
The staff is made up of surly teenagers who clearly couldn't care less about being friendly or serving clients. In a place like Granville Island where the staff is generally super friendly and helpful, this place really stands out for the wrong reasons.
All that being said, they have good donuts at a decent price. I'd rather they increase the price and bring this place back to a better standard with proper staff and and a more complete selection.response / report this review -

My mom purchased a box of the lemon-filled donuts the other day and we found that there was hardly any lemon filling at all if any inside the donuts. I had to finish three quarters of the donut to actually be able to taste any lemon filling. That is extremely unacceptable to me. There use to be way more lemon filling in the donuts and now its gone so downhill. For the expensive price you pay for donuts at this place just isn't worth it. I'm very disappointed. A complete rip off! We will never buy here again.

Very nice donuts and reasonably priced. Sitting right at one of the entrances to the market makes Lee's donuts very hard to skip on the way into the market. They have a wide variety of very fresh donuts served by polite and friendly staff.

Love these donuts but all how fresh they are. As all donuts the fresh ones are the best and they are yummy. Prepare to pay a little extra because of the touristy area.

We made a special trip here after all the glowing reviews and honestly these donuts were average at best and one was really dry. There's a great selection but prices were high and the quality was not there. Maybe we caught them on a bad day but I have to speak as I find. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to tasting some amazing donuts. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place at all. :(

Basics done perfectly. Fluffy yet slightly chewy dough, just the right amount of moist glaze, or filling, deep fried just the right amount. When I bit in, I closed my eyes, smiled as if I recalled a happy childhood memory and knew it was the right decision to get a box of 6. I couldn't finish them all and 3 ended up coming with me back to the UK, where they still tasted good a day later.
