was out of the food half the table ordered, didn't put a halt on other orders until we specifically asked, and then wouldn't take cards to pay for less than $10. wait staff did what the could, but it seems to just be a super poorly run business. avoid.

Use to love this place, not as much lately. The drink and food specials are always good but found its been so loud that I leave the place with a strained voice from yelling to be heard. The service is okay, just turn the music down a touch - nothing wrong with loud music, but this is ridiculous.

Not a bad place for some after work drinks. The area is very small so avoid going in large groups. Drinks are also pricey when on regular menu price so try get deals instead.

Yo, Elwoods is a really rad little place. And I don't say this lightly, but offer one of the best burgers in town, hands down. Staff Is chill, the music is diverse and has a little something for everyone.
It's a nice place to chill with friends or by yourself

One of my favourite places to go as a UBC student. It is close to campus, affordable and have great staff and service. Always came out satisfied after a plate of hot wings and their $2 beers.

Good atmosphere. Love the lights. Cheap drink specials - good deal. Didn't have food. Bathroom was a disaster - no paper, taps were broken so the sink ran a bit and couldn't really be turned on or off.
