My eyebrows grow very slowly and are somewhat thin, which is why I always get them professionally groomed. After my most recent visit to Bombay brow bar, my eyebrows were not even and I have had to spend months growing them back. I have had to pencil them in every day now as well to try to disguise how uneven they are.

Great experience! The ladies are great at what they do and are open to working with you to create the look you envision. They work quickly but diligently so if you are a busy professional with a limited amount of time this is a great choice. If there is one beauty routine worth splurging for its this one.

I decided to come in today for a brow shape and left feeling absolutely fantastic. My eyebrows, previously ruined by an awful spa, came out looking semetrial and perfectly sculpted. The women I saw today was very wonderful, listened to what I had to say and created a masterpiece. The best eyebrows I have had in Vancouver. I will be coming back.

I've been to Bombay Brow Bar twice, ( 1st at kits 2nd at the Shangri-La) the first time I went there I wasn't very happy with the way they did my brows, but it was the costumer service I had an issue with. They didn't listen to what I asked for and it seemed quite rushed. The customer service I received when I emailed them was wonderful! they apologized, offered me a refund, and even a complimentary service. The Shangri-la was so much more welcoming, I got a lash tinting which was great! The staff were lovely and very informative. initially gave one star and wrote a bad review, but after everything I'd give my whole experience with them 3 stars but the Shangri-la 5 stars!
