Cozy lobby, comfortable rooms, very clean! Staff was super accomodating and helpful. They even have a covered underground parking!

The rooms are basic but clean and quiet, with all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. All for much less money than I expected. The great downtown location was the cherry on top.

Great location, room is very small, but fully stocked with a king sized bed, mini fridge/freezer, large tv and jetted tub. It was perfect for two guests with our dog. Service was great, and the breakfast in the attached hotel was one of the best I've ever had.

We ate breakfast here twice. I've never had Mexican for breakfast before, but this was truly outstanding. The dishes were gourmet and done to perfection. The potatoes were amazing too.

The second day we ate here, we had a very inappropriate waitress. She somehow managed to bring up the topic of wolves and how they were recently reintroduced to the Banff area. She had a lot of opinions about undulates that we didn't care to hear. Our food got cold as we listened, politely to her espouse her far fetched ideals. We would have gone back to this restaurant, but we were afraid we'd get stuck with her again as our waitress. 5 stars, but for your inappropriate wait staff. (the one we had the first time was fine).

Check in was smooth and fast. We stayed two nights there during our first trip in Banff. The only downside, the pillows are way too big when sleeping at night.

Had a great one night stay with my partner and pup. Great location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and pet friendly. Very happy with our stay, would stay again for sure 😊

The lady at the check in desk was friendly and the process was a breeze. The location is okay, around 10 minute walk to the city center. The room was clean and spacious, but looked a little dated since the bathroom was only the area that has been updated. For the life of me, i couldn't get the heat to turn on. I think there are better options if you're willing to spend 20% more.

    THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE!
I can easily say it was the worst hotel I have ever been to. We stayed for four nights and the first 2 nights were not bad. the third night something bit me all over my arms giving me red, ugly, and itchy blotches. The fourth night the same thing had happened to my daughter but all over her legs and shoulders. After we told the staff they did absolutely nothing!!! They suggested it was a mosquito but it was impossible since the weather was freezing below zero. We had a room downstairs and the view was terrible! We had a view of the parking lot and people could see into our rooms as they walked by therefore we had to close the blinds of the window. Another thing I hated about this hotel is at night you could hear people talking while walking by making it impossible for a good night sleep 😡 I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could It was horrible and I don't suggest it whatsoever!

The location was beautiful and the rooms were nice and big. Was more than enough space for 6 people.

Great friendly service. Clean comfy room, bed and pillows. It was nice having a jacuzzi in the room. Great view from the balcony. Downside was the pipes in the ceiling make loud noises so earplugs are a must. Short walk to downtown Banff. Definitely would stay here again. And I hear they are pet friendly for an additional fee.

Great service, room was nice and clean. Walls are very thin though, we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. One thing that was weird, the sink is outside of the washroom.
