Very friendly staff, hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch!! So far my best western stays have always been very good. quiet between rooms, clean. they apparently disinfect with infrared? technology and they have sealed paper cups rather than the questionable mugs in the rooms which i appreciatealways check for bed bugs wherever you stay!!

Great property and within walking distance of some good eateries, that said I don't know how you can charge a good rate at 107 and 3 weeks later it is over 300. Makes it difficult for families and retirees to pay these high rates.
Its like buying a commodity that doesn't change just the cost.

We stayed here in October and the views were excellent. Staff super friendly. Hotel room was awesome, fireplace, mini fridge and very clean. They have a great little buffet breaky and we loved it. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and go again!

Everything was wonderful. The staff, the rooms, the service. They also have a wonderful program for anyone staying more than one night. If you choose to not have your room made up, they will give you a $5 gift card to either Starbucks or Tim Horton's.

Great place for a mountain getaway. Amazing breakfast. Fireplace and jetted tub in room was wonderful! Highly recommended. Pool is nice as well. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was completely booked the on night we stayed at the Best Western in Canmore. Our night was relaxing and comfortable in what seemed like soundproof rooms and very comfortable beds. The fireplace was a unique and enjoyable addition to the room. The hot breakfast items were quickly replenished by the pleasant and efficient staff. If only per night charges would be less, it would be a perfect world!

The Best Western Pocaterra Inn was a great place to stay. The front desk staff were all professional, personable and knowledgeable of the area. Many thanks. The breakfast was great, and if you get the chance as a Diamond Rewards member to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, (we had 412), it is superb. Great location in the Rocky Mountains.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location. The only reasons it didn't get five stars from me is because it is expensive (as all hotels in this area are) and it has a tight parking lot if you are in anything bigger than a car. The room we had was beautiful and clean. All of the facilities that we saw/used were very well kept, clean and enjoyable. The staff were amazing. The beds were comfy. It was a wonderful experience overall.

We booked this hotel because of the complementary breakfast which is excellent by the way! Had a pretty good stay. Some inconsistencies with pricing when booking, security deposit of $300 something charged to credit card then refunded which I've never had happen before. I also got a phone call the day before we arrived saying that we missed our reservation when in fact we were booked to arrive the following day and it was an error on their part.. Pool was absolutely disgusting but on their defence there was a lot of people using the pool that day.. We ended up getting a room with a balcony which had a good view and fireplace was nice too.

Rooms were large and spacious. It was also nice to have a fireplace. With a family of 3 teens the breakfast was an awesome perk! Only advice would be to bring your own pillow. We all found them uncomfortable.

We just stayed here last night and it was worth every penny. The views were amazing, the staff incredibly helpful and the room was spacious and very comfortable.
We used the pool as we have small kids and it was clean and had a super fun waterslide.
Breakfast was where we were really blown away.
We were told it was deluxe continental but it was so much more! Yogurt bar, oatmeal bar, tons of gluten free options too!
It's a bit far from downtown but worth it for the value and the quiet.

The staff was incredible! They were all super friendly and very accommodating. The complementary breakfast has a wide array of options including gluten free and vegetarian friendly items. There are free cookies and hot chocolate every evening around 6 pm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely mountain lodge atmosphere. Great convenient location. Love the wood floors in the rooms! This was a repeat stay for us and hope to stay again in the future. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and cozy not to mention the amazing views. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also really good. Would recommend this hotel to anyeone and we will definitely be back!
