Randy Selzer helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Cambridge, Ontario. The real-estate in Cambridge is currently BOOMING, and there are 10+ offers on almost every home, and the homes are selling for 50k+ over asking. Needless to say, shopping for a house took months, and many long trips to Cambridge from Mississauga. I can safely say it was only because of Randy that we did not give up. Randy is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable with real-estate, multiple offers, and bidding wars, and he is very patient and pleasant to work with. He went with us to Cambridge about a dozen times, and was always on top of creating an itinerary for us and knowing information about each home. Although Randy is not an expert in Cambridge, he did his research and was very prepared for each trip out. We finally purchased our first home, which we got through a 19 person bidding war, and I can safely say that this was because of Randy's skills and experience. We are so grateful for Randy, and we know we wouldn't be as successful on this journey had we done this without him. We will recommend him to all our friends and family looking to buy and sell in the future, and we will absolutely be using him for our next sale/purchase!!!

I was in need of a Real Estate Agent to help sell my mother's home in Mississauga, so I googled for one. I read through the reviews and decided to choose Randy Selzer. The process of selling my mom's home was stress free. Randy became the Realtor for me and my brother, whom have also purchased homes through him. After my experience with Randy I felt that the reviews that brought me to him helped me so by leaving one myself I could help someone else who is going through the stress of buying or selling a home. It sure helps having an agent that is always available and backed by many years of experience.

When I was looking for a condo, I didn't have a realtor. I had contacted several, inquiring about some of the units for sale. Randy was the only realtor that called me back. I was not an easy client for Randy to work with, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for, and was both knowledgeable and professional. When it came time to purchase my condo, Randy went over and above to accommodate my schedule, and went through all the paperwork in great detail, to ensure that I both understood the terms and that my interests were protected. I highly recommend Randy Selzer to anyone looking for a realtor, and I would certainly use his services again in the future to buy or sell a home.
