Rental set-up was very straightforward. They were up front with pricing and we're able to work with me regarding the timing that I needed. Very prompt with communication. Unit was clean and tidy, access is 24/7 which is great. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience working with Ilona and Magda(need to double check the name) I had everything set up so fast and were very accommodating. And also the prices were much better than I anticipated. The amount of flexibility they offered was amazing compared to what I have seen. Safe area too. Highly recommend.

Best service and staff in town by far! I’ve had units for business for almost 10 years with the team at Storwell, and I’ve had nothing but incredible service since day one. Very secure facility with easy 24/7 access was a perfect fit for me. Highly recommend.

Started my storage rental at this location in December 2021 and used this facility until today! Easy to access clean units and you have access 24x7. Excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to borrow some tools to disassemble a small piece of furniture and they were able to help me with that. Emails always have a fast reply. Ilona and Laura go beyond the expectations to offer a great service. I highly recommend this location as they are close to QEW making access easier.

Amazing service! I love the girls in there they are so nice. I wouldn't even think of going somewhere else, they make you feel like they really care about you. Very professional and fast service would recommend to anyone.

Was only there for a brief time but very happy with the service. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, units were secure and accessible (everything on ground level, no dealing with elevators). Good prices and got a free truck for moving in! If I need a storageunit in the future I'll absolutely be coming back!

We used Storwell Self Storage during the time we are preparing our house for sale. It was very convenient for us to know that the facility was open 24 hours, 7 days a week and with security in placed, we had peace of mind. We can get in anytime we would like to with the code numbers the facility provided. Storwell Self Storage is one of a kind. It is very clean, the staff are very friendly, accommodating and most of all knowledgeable .Special mention to Maysa who immediately provided us with a smaller unit on the spot! She is absolutely amazing! Also, thanks goes to Iona who works together with Maysa to make sure our last month payment will be credited back to my husband's account. I salute these two ladies who work hard to provide quality service to their customers. I strongly recommend Storwell for anyone who is looking for a A class storage. We will definitely use this facility in the future again.

This Facility is very Clean and well maintained. The Staff is very Professional and courteous. There is 24hour access which makes it convenient to access your storage whenever you need to. There is also content insurance available. They provide you with a payment schedule, so you can be reminded of when your payments are due and if you do happen to forget, they will make a friendly call to remind you so you can avoid having to pay late fees. My experince here was very agreeable and I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is seeking affordable storage and professional service. Thank you Self Storage.

With an upcoming move to the East Coast, I've just cancelled my locker at Storwell Self Storage but I'd like to thank them for being so accommodating over the several years while I've kept a locker on Evans Ave, especially recently where Ilona has been very helpful to find a second locker close by my existing one so I could stores things while we staged our house for sale and prepped for our move. If anyone is looking for a storage solution in the GTA, I highly recommend them. Thanks!

This was the first time using Stowell Self storage. Shantel was very professional and helpful in dealing with me. The storage facility and locker was very clean. Nice to be able to drive right up to unit. Price was better than others in the area. Thanks for a great locker rental experience. I strongly recommend Storwell.
