I highly recommend Dave at My Plumber Kelowna. We had a plumbing emergency - Dave quickly responded in a professional and comprehensive manner. He promptly identified the problem, solved it and helped us to prevent further damage. It was a very stressful experience for my family and Dave was incredibly kind. He went above and beyond! Excellent experience! Dave visited in a timely manner, explained what the problem was, what could be done to fix it, and how to prevent the same issue with the other toilets. He was tidy, professional, and thoughtful throughout his visit. Happy with visit and will call again.

Dave was able to diagnose the issue from a photo and fit me into his schedule within a day! He was well prepared and had all the necessary tools and equipment to fix the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently, and was very respectful of my home. Dave took the time to explain the issue and what he did to fix it. He also gave us valuable advice on managing any future issues.
I had a great experience with this company. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their service for any other plumbing services we need in the future.
