Fair stone gives absolutely terrible service in regards to phone service. I have been on hold 4 times for over 45 minutes since July. I would highly recommend not doing any business with them because if you ever try to pay your bill you won't be able to and they will continue to charge you outrageous interest!!!

I know that when it comes time to finances, it is impossible to feel secure in the decisions you are making. No matter what happens, you feel like you are going to be taken for a ride. I never right reviews. My attitude is, they are doing their job and that is what they get paid to do. For the first time in my life, I want to take the time to thank Dave, from Port Alberni for spending time with me and not just listening to what i needed to say, but actually HEARD what i was saying and what i needed. Dave was so very calming and pleasant, and easy to connect with. He helped me to decide to make a change in how i was thinking and planning to work in my future financial debt load. He was very efficient and made things happen. He totally understood my dilemma and did everything he could to make it out to be a very simple solution. If it can be done, i feel very confident and saying that Dave will help me think it through, NO pressure, that was so important to me. He allowed me to make a wise informed financial decision based on my personal plans and to help me achieve my goal in a much more efficient way. Dave, Thank you.
