I was visiting Vancouver for a little over a week. I have regular back pain and was in need of a long deep tissue massage to mitigate the long days of walking.

Pros: Sophie was a gem. So kind and attentive to my body's needs and the extreme soreness. She sent a follow-up email with some excellent stretches that I look forward to incorporating into my daily routine. We were laughing so much I left the appointment in stitches! Friendly reception staff and reasonable price.

Cons: The appointment was quite short, as there were no 90+ minute slots. When I'd called in to make an appointment, the time was recorded incorrectly so I showed up and had to reschedule; it was quickly remedied but was definitely frustrating.

Overall: If I visit Vancouver again, I'd gladly give this place another shot if longer appointments were available.

Hailey Rho had the expertise and a great service to treat my muscle and tendon tightness due to an achilles rupture. This is not an everyday simple massage but Hailey was well experienced to make it feel much better and I'll be going back!! The space and facility were very nice too.

Absolutely delighted with the service from booking to end of the massage.

Booking was extremely easy, and the massage itself was perfect, as Stephen was attentive to the severe neck/scalp pain (Occipital Neuralgia) that I suffer from.

Very relaxing and firm touch was decent. May ask for firmer next time. But there will definitely be a next time!

Arden is a super amazing therapist. I have an ironic pain on my shoulder and I saw doctors, did chiropractic, masssage. Nothing really worked in the past year. But she had killed 70% of the pain, and even better during the therapy we had a conversation about life and work. At the end of the therapy, she gave me some good advice on changing some habits and sourcing help to avoid gettng more hurt. We sometimes do not know how our habit hurst ourselves until we see the professional. I really enjoyed the whole therapy and I have recommended her to all my friends : D

Overall, very professional and prompt informative service from front desk to my therapist and a beautiful space, but I initially booked a 90 minute session mainly for relaxation and my therapist pushed to turn my session time from relaxation to therapeutic. That really took away from my first time experience here. As a manual therapist myself, it’s important to note that relaxation can be therapeutic in its own, and I wish my therapist, as knowledgeable as he was, listened more to what I needed that day rather than going about his own treatment plan.
