Dave (Assistant Manager) took great care of us. We received excellent service and got a great deal on 2 vehicles! Staff made sure all our needs were met and more. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Abbotsford Nissan.

My husband and I went to Abbotsford Nissan so we could check out a vehicle we wanted to possibly trade my car in for. Both of us have had not great experiences with dealerships in the past. It always seems like a game. and you feel like you're a sitting duck waiting to be taken advantage of. Abbotsford Nissan did not make us feel like that at all! From the initial call, to meeting Josiah in person for our appointment and his co workers Harj and Lyndsey. We left feeling excited about our purchase and we would definitely recommend Abbotsford Nissan!

This was the best car buying experience I've had. The entire team at Abby Nissan when to great effort to make everything work for me. Harj Jassal was an amazing sales man - he'll take great care of you and fit you to the right car for YOU not him.

Great Sales, Great Parts, Initially finance was awesome. When asked about the deposit and why it is still not back on my credit card, I had to call the finance department three times, they never called me back. Was a five but now a 3 because after market service is important.

Really good experience here buying with Dave. This is a family owned dealership, and it shows; they're still salespeople, but there's more of an emphasis on "people" than "sales".

I was towed to the Abbotsford Nissan when I broke down coming back from a ski trip. Everyone at the dealership was awesome and the mechanic stayed late to get me back on the road that night. I really appreciate them going out of there way to take care of me.

Excellent service department compared to other dealerships. On the expensive side, as with all dealers, however I do not feel pressured with unreasonable/unnecessary service. They take good care of my car and I appreciate that it's always ready on time.

Bought a 2007 NISSAN maxima a few months ago. Prior to this I had a Toyota and always had a good experience with Sunrise Toyota at the Automall, so naturally I planned to deal with Nissan at the Automall for my "new" car. Went there to buy snow tires, installed/balanced
    1. They told me my rear brakes pads were gone and the rotors were beyond repair..they said it was steel on steel. They said it was unsafe. Quoted $410 to fix. I went in to take a look. Brake pad was thin.BUT STILL THERE. The steel on steel statement was false. My BF came in to take a look. He usually does my brakes because we get the parts for cost and it's a simple fix he can do at home. Then the NISSAN worker is like "ya you should totally do that".hm, what happened to the steel on steel unsafe situation???
    2. They told me they would wash and vacuum my car.nope.
    3. When my car was ready to pick up with my new snow tiresone of the tires was FLAT. It's a good thing my boyfriend noticedI would have driven away like that.
THEN.front desk person says there will be a survey about my service today. The most important ques is "would I recommend them to friends/family?"

I'm like.dude. I came here to get new tires.MY TIRE WAS FLATyou offered to wash/vacuum my car.YOU DIDN'T. you said my car was actually UNSAFE and I would have to fork out $400k, I get the brakes need to be donebut I have time and its not metal on metal. I would have respected NISSAN more if they had just told me I need to have the rear brakes done SOON. Would you like us to do them now?

Too bad. I will miss the service from Toyota.
