  Timeshare warnings - if you play to stay here through timeshare/Reef Village, manage your expectations. Lots of promises with little follow through. Did not honor our timeshare contract . We were supposed to get 50% off maintenance fees for ten years and receive use of golf cart for our week. Were simply told "too bad" . Could have offered something, like wifi unit in room or discounts on food/spa services. Just a "too bad". No A/C in the unit they procured for us. "Hidden Oasis" is definitely hidden.

  Properties are well maintained and in a convenient location. Some amenities (shower heads, mattresses) could use a boost but overall satisfactory to say the least

  A nice place to stay if you get the chance, just north of the bridge and super convenient.
