THEY HAVE BED BUGS! I was ate up. My face, my arm, my legs, my thigh. I was swollen as if I had surgery or something. Hotel staff response: "if you go to the hospital, you will have to pay out of pocket. Bring your hospital bill receipt and we will try to reimburse you"! I was miserable the entire time I was there and couldn't enjoy my birthday vacation because I was itching and scratching. I pray they clean up.

Great hotel, superb sea views, but be sure you get a room facing the sea. The hotel structure is fronted by lush green coconut and palm trees and swimming pool and a winding canal through the gardens. Good housekeeping and a conveniently located Starbucks on the premises for the budget minded.
However, they must get their act together for the check in formalities..very irksome tedious and waiting for a long period as the whole cruise ship lot has to be checked in.need at least 10 check-in counters, not the tardy 3.
