Very nice and spacious inside. Always clran anf smells good. That bathrooms ar always clran and with tissue and napkin. The grounds are nicely manicured too.

This place was great. Customer service and cleanliness was excellent. The all inclusive package is the way to go. The only thing I thought that needed improvement was the food selection.

Food was great, staff were incredible. Anne went out of her way for us in the a la carte restaurant. Best all inclusive food I have had. The extra charge for the specialty restaurant is worth it - what a beautiful and special meal. The beach is beautiful.
It is true that the "top shelf" alcohols are not included - slight disappointment, especially after I specifically called my travel agent after reading reviews about it and was told that wasn't the case. - It is.
I look forward to going back - especially when everything is back up and running :) Things were quieter because the larger resort (casino, some shops etc) is down and the number of people significantly down due to the temporary closure of the larger hotel part. Stars are only for the beautiful beach. The service here is terrible and the beach is littered with tourist traps. If the owners wanted a classy place, they'd clear their private beach of nagging local salesmen.

Relaxing, quiet, beautiful beach, the all-inclusive is worth it if you're staying at least 3 days. The food (even the all inclusive meals) were very good, and served during convenient timeframes (after 10:30am). AI includes paddle boarding, windsurfing, and kyaking. They'll also pick you up on the beach to go snorkeling, scuba diving, or wave runner riding--no need for a taxi fee to another location. Not "party central" or a spring break location.

Such a cool place. It's the perfect beach resort. Hop down to the ocean, ride a banana boat, then take a dip in the pool. Hop in the jacuzzi with a couple drinks and get to know the lovely people that visit such a beautiful resort. I was blown away by the kindness of those around me.

Horrible service and smelly rooms. The view and location are both amazingthat's it though. Worst service I have ever experienced. They seem to run out of everything. Getting a bottle of water was like searching for gold. Loved the location but wouldn't go back. I even spoke to some locals and they recommended Nassau instead. Would never go back here. Very rude workers!
