Had a great time. I bought the open bar and buffet so I drank a lot and ate a lot. Also had fun playing the drinking games. Prices on the clothes and souvenirs were a little too high.

We were in Freeport the day before arriving here. We were so discouraged with our excursion in Freeport so that we really weren't expecting great things in Nassau.
What a wonderful surprise when we got to the Blue Lagoon Island! The boat ride from our cruise ship started off with a mini tour of the area. We were amazed by the beautiful blue waters, the yachts, and the homes!
When we arrived at the Blue Lagoon, we were told that one side was for dolphin and sea lion swims. We were ushered to our beach. All the staff was gracious and welcoming. Great customer service! The water was perfectly clear and the beach was so clean with white sand.
Lunch was plentiful and delicious. Peas and rice was my favorite. We played in the water and rested under our clam shell umbrellas. On the ride back to the ship, we line danced and sang the oldies.
I would love to visit Nassau again and go back to the Blue Lagoon. I have pictures from there as screensavers on my computer. We talk about taking a trip just to Nassau and spending time in paradise, the Blue Lagoon Island!response / report this review -

Awesome place. I'd like to experience it again when the wind isn't so bad. I do wish the peddlers for pictures with the reptiles weren't in your face as bad as they are. Food is decent. Drinks are good.

We had an awesome day! Literally the best day ever on a vacation. we drank unlimited drinks on the beach, got to take pictures with parrot, and iguana also rode jet skis which was pretty cheap $30 for 15-20 minutes per person. And they took credit card so that was nice. it was a lot of fun! the water was nice and clear, it was beautiful.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. We were bused from port to beaches. Then at beach quick orientation and explanation of how day would proceed for those that bought each package. Then after proceeding onto beach the guys all asked if you'd like a umbrella and if so they brought it out and planted it in sand. The buffet lunch was decent, definitely edible, some items better than others. The ALL you can drink package was a hit ! Some specialty and frozen drinks were additional charge. But basically like the name. All you can drink. There was a dj w music going. people were dancing. They offered jet ski rental and rides on big banana for additional charge. After day of everyone enjoying the beach they bused us back to port to return on ship ! Great day. Very relaxing.

Our Royal Caribbean cruise stopped in Freeport and we had paid for the all inclusive beach day excursion which was at the Bahamas Adventures Freeport. We had a great day sitting in the beach chairs, being waited on, drinks brought to you! Buffet style lunch with backed chicken, ribs, conch fritters, pasta, salad, and cheese quesadillas. The water trampoline and obstacle course was fun as well. We also rented jet skis and took them for a spin before taking a nap in the hammocks!

Had a great time at Bahamas the people that live in the Bahamas were fantastic with us they treated us so good I'm going to hate coming back home

Food was better than I expected, the beer was fine, there was lots to do on the beach area, we just sat in a chair and people watched, quite a party atmosphere.

The staff here were amazing! The beach was not too busy and there was lots to do. We took the 'luxury' boat excursion which included lots of drinks, a shared (2 people) bento box lunch which was very tasty and snorkelling off shore. This was the highlight of our trip, and I would totally go here again. Drinks on land are a bit pricey, but you definitely get a good drink - not watered down. Our captain and his crew were amazing!
