Beautiful, sparkling clean premises. Clean picturesque beach with soft sand, never crowded. Infinity pool is breathtaking. If going for the all inclusive option please note there is not crazy amounts of choices as people got used to at other all inclusive resorts but food is fresh and delicious and we found choices to be plenty for us. Pizza at the Capri restaurant and both steak and fish that they also serve at the Capri in the evening were unbelievably tasty. Capri in the evening needs reservations Great variety of the pastries in the Aroma cafe. Some people complained about the customer service, we have found it to be top notch and during the 7 days staying we always been helped and assisted right away. Wave bar is very convenient to use while relaxing at the beach or by the pool : drinks are good, chicken grilled sandwiches and fajitas were delicious. Waitresses from the Wave are all sweethearts:). Non motorized water sports that are included with all inclusive is a must try, we enjoyed kayaking,paddle boards, sailing boat. Some days people from cruise ships arrive for a day and it could be a little crowded and busy, however most of the days we found it to be relaxing, great entertainment and music by the pool or more quiter and secluded at the beach. Walking distance to the market and other restaurants if you will grow bored at the resort.

Loved it. Not filled with tourists. Great soft white sand beach. Great infinity pool. Large games to play. Good drinks. Food choices limited a bit but no problem because everything to eat was excellent. Walking distance to local market place & dolphin experience. Think they were hit hard by late 2016 hurricane or there would be more available & currently no casino due to it but little damages to Lighthouse property its self. At times we were only people on beach. Had to reach deep for any negative but on days the cruise ships come in they play loud club music towards pool & beach. Had to sit little further down beach not to hear. No biggie. Have small family & we were very satisfied. Stayed 5 days.

The resort lived up to the pictures and morethe staff was friendly..the rooms are clean and with fantastic viewsthe beach and pool are massive.the marketplace across the street has excellent shopping and plenty of nightlife options for food and drinks as well. The locals are very friendly. The food within the resort was very good. There were several options and the menus change daily. The drinks are included and not hard to find. Overall a great expeience and amazing value for your dollar.

This is my second trip here. Love this place! I would give five stars but I am vegan and the food choices are limited, although they always do their best to accommodate me. I highly recommend this resort. It is beautiful and the service is awesome.

We bought a day pass for Lighthouse Pointe. The cost was $20 a day for adults and $10 a day for children. This allows you to use their pools, hot tub, beach etc. There is a bar on site that sells drinks and food items. I would certainly come here again. The view is amazing.

I went to Lighthouse Pointe on a day pass. The pass was only $24! Great deal.but no food or drinks included. However, the menu was priced reasonably. I bought the day pass because it was a much better deal than the excursions my carnival cruise was offering. I loved the private beach! Chairs and Umbrellas are free to use. My only downfall is the local merchants. I totally understand their hustle, but I just wanted to lay out in the sun and enjoy the view. Every few minutes someone was asking did I want to buy something. They weren't rude, just a tad "Extra"other than that, a GREAT spot to catch some sun. Oh, and they have a beautiful pools.

I was only here to access the beaches, and their beach facilities are excellent. Jacuzzi was good if not a little small and the lap pool and recreation pool were also pretty. It was too cold to do any real swimming, but a beautiful place. It's to be noted that the drinks are overpriced ($9 a margarita) and many locals hang around here trying to get you to purchase things, which is a little annoying when you just want to sunbathe. In summary, very pretty place but overpriced food/drinks and an abundance of pushy locals.

I loved this resort. Staff members were so nice and accommodating and everything was very clean. The only thing that could improve is the food choices. There are only 2 places included with the all inclusive but overall great place!

Beautiful pool area and beach. Rooms are decent, AC worked great. Just a short 5 minutes walk to the tourist market area. All inclusive only covers domestic beer, a few mixed drinks, no room service. Meals were a self-service Buffett style, food was pretty good though. Booked through a package deal with a budget cruise line, I would look into the cost of doing everything individually first. All in all a beautiful resort.

A good get away if you want to experience beautiful beach, infinity pool and free non motorized sports. Cost was a bit high but due to the fact that Grand Lucayan is shut down the options of all inclusive are few. The food was decent and it's close to the little town and harbor
The room was smallalthough the bay view was nice. The customer service was not the best in any area from front desk to food to spa to sportsthey seemed nonchalant about serving customers. Not very attentive. Resort nickel and dimes you for everything. Mini performance or show was actually pretty good entertainment?
Nice spot for beach and pool if you want to get away.

My boyfriend and I were here May 2017. We did the all inclusive and it was worth it. We had a very nice room, king bed, sliding doors with a porch that looked over the ocean. Everything was very clean, we got fresh towels everyday. I slept great! The food was okay, due to the hurricane in October 2016, the choices were limited. They advertise 8 restaurants, but there is about half open. The pizza place off the pool was my favorite and I wish I would have found it sooner in our trip. Everything else is buffet. The pool/beach was beautiful, beach towels were provided in exchange for a towel card, which were given at check in. The Waves Bar and Grill was the closest restaurant to the pool/beach and it was decent. Great place to grab lunch and drinks. Some staff were rude, but it was very hot and very busy so I don't blame them. They have music and line dancing during the day by the pool side. Overall the pool/ beach front was a great atmosphere. Probably my favorite from my trip. Staff was very helpful! I would like to visit here again when they get the construction done.

We had an excellent time room was awesome all inclusive was all it was said to be. Our room was excellent beach front view. Staff was awesome all our needs were met and extended hospitality was 5 star. We are rebooked and looking to getting away again. Where we were suppose to stay was damaged by the hurricane so they put us at the light house point same beach. Either way we loved it all

Management needs to step up their game on some aspects, other aspects are great. Check in normally takes 1-3 hours when you get off a cruise ship because their check in process is in-efficient. When you're starting a vacation, the last thing you want is a 3 hour wait at the finish line before you can start relaxing. They were moving as fast as they could considering 100+ guests, but none the less, their speed was "sloth" speed at best.

The rooms we're good. All inclusive service is has good food n drinks, the service can be slow, but not unreasonable. The staff blatantly ignore guests who are in the pool when trying to put in a drink order. Saw it happen multiple times to me, my wife and another guest. At first I gave benefit of the doubt, but started seeing it happening here and there.

With all inclusive, you can Kayak, Paddle Board, and even sail for no extra charge. They'll teach you how to sail if you don't know how.

I would probably go back, but not arrive on a ship.

Happy and friendly staff made our vacation (Bruno at brunch, Barry with his dances and movies under the stars)! Great location, walking distance to the Dolphin experience and marketplace. Because of hurricane Matthew a large part of the resort is still closed meaning less food options on your all inclusive, but three things: the staff enjoy being there (such fun with their line dances), the beach and pool area is stunning (don't forget kayaking etc are included as are massages by "Al Pacino with the magic hands"!) and for only $25 per person you can enjoy a first class stunning meal at Churchill's (dress up for the occasion). Great gym, tasty cocktails, apparently there is a golf course too. We will be back!

My experience was Mon-Wed. Yes, not everything is open because of the hurricane. We had cruise vouchers like most everyone. We did not have any issues. Front desk staff varied. Our was good but I heard others were not. All inclusive was the way to go. $100 refundable deposit & no issues with bill at the end; it was $0.

Sailing, you had to take the 10am course but that is completely understandable. Liability reasons. Only 4-5 snorkeling masks available but there wasn't anything to see under the water. Vouchers were given for what they said they would.

Staff members were nice. Buffet was better than most. I was one of the lucky ones to experience conch fritters, AMAZING!

The hotel did they best they could. Some people complained about lack of stuff but this island is recovering from major hurricane. If you want Disney, then go to Disney.

Honestly, if anyone complained during our stay, it was most likely but the RCI timeshare that was not disclosed to everyone the 2 days prior. Most of us spent 5 hours of being harassed at Weston, FL.

Where do I start. When we arrived the gentleman that took us to our room was very nice and very helpful, so we thought this was going to be the start of a great experience. That gentleman was one person that was nice and friendly. Out of 20 bartenders and wait staff there were two that were nice. When you ask for something you are afraid of what their response will be. Tipping was included in the all inclusive package, however, we tipped $2 Per drink extra everytime and still got attitude every time. They seem like don't want to be here and do their job. It seems the nicer you are to them the meaner they are to you. We paid a lot of money for a wonderful vacation only to be treated like crap. A local told us because of the hurricane there are 900 people without jobs. Maybe give the job to those who want to work. For all inclusive, they should list what is not included instead. You ask for something and all you here is that is not included. I will have to say the room we stayed in, is the best room we have ever stayed in. Great view and the hotel is really clean. If they can just get rid of 80% of the staff and their attitude it would get a great place. The house cleaning lady's were very nice and helpful, the lady that took drink orders on the beach was very nice, but other then that very rude attitudes. I go on vacation to be treated nice, I don't expect to be treated like a queen, but at least be nice.

Was very nice, our room was great. The staff was very friendly and you will find most Bahamian very friendly. Things are still being rebuilt after Hurricane Matthew so not everything is open.
