For the price I was a little shocked at the amenities for example or hotel room was not ready when we arrived and unfortunately was not cleaned all the way either when they finally gave it to us. the food was subpar and pretty Limitedthe beach how ever is a beautiful as advertised . You will find that some of the staff are really nice and others might need to get to know you. Last but not least be aware the power went oud routinely around 9:30 at night I doubt this was the hotel's fault but be prepared if you travel here.

We loved staying at our condo here. Great amenities- pool, restaurant and beach access. The food for lunch and dinner was quite good. Grounds are clean and well-kept. Only downside is noise coming from hot tub late at night. Close to grocery store, marina, Tipsy's and Flo's Bakery.

While the actual condo itself was nice (except for having to rewash the dishes before we used them and 2 of the bedrooms not having remotes for the TV's), the "resort" was lacking both in amenities and customer service. The only place to access the wifi besides the pool was the back porch, the water sports that were promised were locked up our entire visit because they were "broken" so we had to pay extra money to rent them from next door for one daynot the 5 days we were there. The air conditioning went out in our condo. We called about it at 9a.m. and again at 12 p.m. and went to the office at 3 and 6 p.m. finally someone showed up at 7 p.m. making us miss part of our evening at cocoa beach club. that's 10 hours after they were 1st notified. So at $450 per night, go somewhere else. The only thing they did for us was give us a late checkout. Not good enough!
