Location is lovely & convenient but everything else is awful. The cottages are dirty, neglected, and in disrepair, and even the beach is strewn with garbage (lots of broken glass!!). WiFi doesn’t work, along with most appliances and fixtures (including windows, doorknobs, lights, etc) and pretty much everything else is either stained or ripped. I really wanted to like this place, but was disappointed at every turn. Too bad.

This was a very awesome place my wife and I had stayed for her birthday weekend. The rooms were very clean and sanitize. The view is magnificent. A great feat away from the city life. I was very much pleased with this venue of choice.

comfortable size villa. ac maxes out at 73. beautiful view facing the ocean, water is extremely clear. nearby private beach is very relaxing. The bad: found an colony of ants on the bed only during mid day, they would return back home once it got dark and only one small roach met its doom when I showed it the bottom of my shoe.

Do NOT stay here! Worst experience ever! Bug infested, old unkept villas. We arrived on a Saturday to find ants everywhere every kitchen cabinet, bedroom dresser & all over bathrooms. Termites and roaches in kitchen. Doors to outside deck were unusable and the kitchen door actually fell off hinges due to wood rot. Out of 3 exits only 1 was usable! TV was not working due to cable box blown out. You could not even sit on sofa in living area due to cushions sunk to bottom of frame. Outdoor furniture was filthy & unusable. The villas are not maintained or checked out before you arrive, although they claim they are. We checked out the following morning. We were told we would get a refund which took several calls and two different refunds to get our money back. Only half of the money was credited back at first and we had to follow up with them to get the balance. Book your vacation somewhere else!

Stayed here for a relaxing few days. Villas have everything you need and are in a great location to be able to explore the island. Directly on a little beach with a nice view. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Great staff. The pin on the map is not in the correct place. The villas are on the above right on the water.
