  Crowded, a little noisy. They don't have a laundromat, but instead offer a ridiculously expensive laundry service ($12/load, and not very big loads either).

  Our Boy Scout Troop's adventure was based out of there. We had reservations to stay there the last night of our trip before catching the airport. However, our hotel reservations were messed up and we ended up with our reservations for Saturday night instead of Friday night. They were full, but they were extremely helpful in helping us find a place to stay that night!
