  Convenient location, clean, friendly staff. Price point is spot on and they are one of the few rentals with a total backup generator. WiFi is strong can get it in the rooms or on the decks. Local Abaco Parotts are often spotted in their decks and the foliage to the back of the property attracts many species of local birds.

  The most cheap in the area, ideal for business person, to save money, and have a good bed to sleep and wake up and go to enjoy the island. The services was good and air-conditioning work fine. Good towels and all the basics. Have free WiFi and Cable Tv. Is very well center of all the good restaurant and the tourist area and the ferry. Dont expect nothing fancy is a place to stay the night and enjoy outdoors activity. They have a flat rate per night.
  I dont give them 5 star because is a motel not a resort. So keep that in mind if you came to work or enjoy the island without spending a fortune this is your place to stay and sleep.
