Nice room with confortable bed. Good breakfast and excellent location, exactly in front of Congonhas airport. And also it has free transfer to the airport. Bad thing, no remote controller for the A/C in my room, had to go ask for a remote so I could turn it on.

Hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã completo, várias opções. Próximo de bares, em frente ao aeroporto que facilita logística de viagem. Quarto ok, bem arejado , espaçoso. Recomendo.

The check in went ok. The bedroom was fine but the location of the TV was the worst. On the side wall so you had to watch tv on your side if you are on the bad.
The shower didn't work so well, the temperature of the water was always changing by itself from cold to hot.
They dont have room service and they don't have anything informing about tv channels or laundry on the bedroom.
One day they forgot to put the towels in the bathroom and on the first day I had no soap from the hotel.
The checkout was fine but there is no pharmacy that delivers at the hotel so I needed to take a taxi to go to one and buy a medicine. Maybethe hotel could offer some medicine and bathroom amenities for the clients to buy.

Environment is pleasant, staff is helpful and friendly, the buffet is okay, expensive for what it is, meeting room is good, but they cheaped off on the coffee break served during the event (too simple and too little for the amount of people).

The Hotel is Retro Fit. It has a very good restaurant great brunch. Good price for a hotel so close to the airport. The only detail is the sound of the airplanes. Too close to the airport.

Retro fit Hotel. Everything is new and very well decorated. Looks clean. The apartments are big and also new and decorated. Nice place to sleep for a couple of days.

I can tal about Lunch time. Have a good number of options to be selected according your desired. About desserts have just 2 options and fruits.
