Well located hotel. Clean. Breakfast ok. Good Wi-Fi connection (10 Mbps). TV channels are not HD. Complimentary mineral water (two bottles) and chocolate every day.

Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is a good option for a quick lunch. The hotel also has 24hs service. For a late night snack The sandwiches are pretty good. Cable TV could be better, with more channels.

To be a four star hotel(five acording to google) in Sao Paulo it's not that great. No one at the hotel speaks any good english and don't wanna make an effort to understand you. Stayed in a svite, that's just a regular size room. The beds are hard and the pillows are well used. The room service personal doesn't understand english and do not bother to try to understand. Order some food but the food never came. After more then an hour i called again, they didnt understood and said that they didnt got any order. Sad because the locations is pretty good.

Very comfortable room, clean hotel. Breakfast is good, but could have more varieties. Prices for the restaurant and bar are really high.

I went to a social event on Clarion hotel. The room was good, the food was great and they gave us all the assistance we needed. Nothing to complain about.
