Amazing service. Friendly people. Shuttle to nearby mall. Excellent meals. Full alcohol and coffee service.

The hotel Holiday inn is very good if you have some event closely, like in my case that i have a show in parque Anhembi. The breakfast is awesome, and the service is good, they are very attentive and helpful.

Nice hotel. Actually, it is what you'd expect for a Holiday Inn. By the way, since United Airlines paid for my stay because of a cancelled flight, I have no idea abou the cost/benefits of this hotel. But, I expected it to be expensive, since its service is above average for Brazilian standards.

Good place, apparently old rooms, stained carpet, cigarette burns in non smoking rooms, maybe a lack of luck, ok then for a night stay, reasonable prices including a free shuttle service to shopping mall, bus station, etc. and very very helpful staff particularly at the front desk.

The room was a little bit small, however they were great. The bed is just for one person. (Small size) The hotel itself is really big, and the workers are good. If you have a car, pay attention to leave it in the garage in days with events, because it can take 20 minutes to have your car.
