Great location. The bad part was the terrible stench coming out of the bathroom. It almost made me sick. Other than that the hotel is pretty neat.

The service is the Ibis standard good quality/price ratio. Attention is really good and the transfer to airport is very convenient. From airport to hotel is free and have every exact hour. From hotel to airport has fixed schedule and small fee of R$7 (BRL) per person.

I arrived at 2a.m., hoping to get a nice shower and rest after a long trip. For almost r$200,00 a night (w/o breakfast!) I would expect a little help with the bags, a hot shower with clean towels and a comfortable mattress. Didn’t get any of that. It’s not that the staying was terrible (actually, the towels and the amenities were), but it’s just not worth the price.

I stayed overnight while in transit through Guarulhos Airport, and it was a very comfortable stay. Friendly staff, tasty food, clean and comfortable room, reliable shuttle bus An ideal place to stay if you need to rest while passing through Guarulhos.

It was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, I was not offered the drink as silver guest, no preferential desk attendant in the check in, even when the line was empty.
The ambassador was not there available for the 3 days staying and I could not speak with him.
When I arrived in the room, we have problems with followed: Cable TV, Internet and telephone were not working. They remain not working for the entire night and part of the next day.
In the hotel restaurant, the tables were so close from the fixed chairs that made uncomfortable have the breakfast, and most of the time I did myself the change of position so my family could eat more comfortably.response / report this review -

The only problem that I experienced was during my checkout. I prepaid my 3-day stay which included free breakfasts. The clerk that managed my checkout said that I had to pay my stay in full, including breakfast. I told him that it was prepaid but he seemed not to believe me and he called the manager. Finally, after a while they told me that everything was alright and I was able to leave. Another problem is that the hotel administration does not let the airport shuttle to take passengers to Terminal 3, which most shuttles from other hotels are served. Save these two problems, the overall hotel service was alright.

The best part of this hotel is the price for the accomodations. Clean, modern and super convenient. Shopping and restaurants a block away. The hotel offers the ride to the airport for $7R (about $4 U.S) My only complaint is breakfast not included and no microwave in room. Still, great hotel. I'd book it again.

Great, just add some stools to the room to sit on. 50 real nigh taxi from airport, 7 real per person shuttle. Clean silent and functional.
