Hotel looks a bit worse than in booking. Com picts. The room looks old and sad.. In all its normal 3* hotel, quite far from the Centre. But we found train station like 5min walk, so it's OK. It has a small swimming pool on top, but there is no wish to swim in it, when you see it in real.
The main I didn't like in this hotel that staff is useless. Nobody on reception knew how to get anywhere, I wonder how they get to the hotel? By flight I guess..
From what I like it's the district where the hotel is situated. Compare to centre its very quiet and no homeless people around. Nice modern buildings only. Breakfast was OK.

Great location. I stayed on first floor. The apartament is good, but old. The food is too expensive for the quality.

Great hotel. Good value for the money. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of items. Not all staff speak English but friendly.

safety box in the room didn't work, as well as the heating device (unfortunately I happened to stay in Sao Pablo with very cold temperatures). The restaurant room service was good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF, FOOD IS AWFUL. Eggs swimming in water is the best option for breakfast. The people are completely indifferent to service or any needs of the guests. If you have time to wait 10-12 minutes every time you need to take the hotel, this is the place for you!!

I am on business travel now, but often stay at cheap hotels and hostels for pleasure travel so I am not very picky!! But this place..stay anywhere but here!! DID I MENTION, THE INTERNET DOESN'T WORK!!!
