Surrounded by lush vegetation and close to the Park, this hotel has an excellent location. The taxi company outside the reception can take you anywhere is São Paulo in no time. The hotel has a friendly workforce that makes you feel safe and relaxed. Their Spa a must, includes tennis court and a cozy pool. Recommended.

The hotel is located next to Ibirapuera Park. Getting there by foot is a pain because of all the highways you have to cross. The hotel is a bit isolated because of the location next to these roads. The rooms a reasonably big and we'll equipped. Mini bar and water boiler are present. The very small window makes the room dark and gloomy. It's also very noisy. The neighbors bathroom noise is especially very audible. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet is excellent and so is roomservice. Staff is OK.

Arquitetura interna incrível. Impressão de um palácio. Espaço para eventos bem agradável e com restaurante no local.

Front desk service extremely unhelpful. we had to wait for 30 min to check in when there was only one client ahead of us, front desk staff were walking in and out of their back room, some one would say " somebody will help you soon".

The room was very outdated, very OLD, did not look like the pictures.
    Definitely not worth the price.

Nice rooms, a little old but otherwise fine. Unfortunately, the pool was disgusting. Also, the location is not so good: Next to the highway and far from next subway station.

Nice accommodations with a tennis court and gym that match my needs perfectly. Restaurant also offer good dishes and a cafeteria to grab something quicker if you will. Can improve the access as it's needed to go around a few blocks to access the main entrance.

Pleasant stay. Few things that could have improved my stay would have been the quality of the bath towels were quite thin and rough, would have preferred fluffier and soft The water puddles in the shower and the smell in the hallways smell like a farm full of horses and cows Need something to neutralize the odors in the corridors. The television stations were all catered to Portuguese language and very few channels for American visitors. The iron was pretty old and missing pieces therefore the water in the iron would leak on my clothing while I was ironing. My arrival was at 8:00am and the hotel stated my room was available and ready for checking however, they were required to charge me 1/2 the current daily rate if I wanted to check in before 2pm. That's simply crazy! At the end of the day, it wouldn't have cost them anything but excellent customer service, care and concern for their guest to let me into my room as soon as possible Thank you!

Great hotel and restaurants. The boulangerie is famous for its Napoleon. It used to be better under the Sofitel Brand, but still a good hotel.

It's a beautiful hotel with some painting and well decorated. Has a good staff with pleasant crew. You must try the dessert "mil folhas" at boulangerie.

Not much around the hotel besides the park. Hotel staff excellent. Suggestion for restaurants and stores within walking distance
