Loved our time here. Very clean, amazingly friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The dining room is large with an excellent selection of hot and cold food. If you can't find something to eat here you need to stop going abroad. Local, fresh, traditional food as well as more typical tourist foods. Buffet dining is great but don't load up your plate then leave it, that's rude and wasteful. Excellent facilities for children and adults alike with a very dedicated Entertainment staff, called Animators. You'll get to know them well as they are on all day doing children's groups and activities for all ages as well as musical and comedy shows every night. We are going back next year we loved it so much.

Great place. Great Italian restaurant. Fantastic water pools and evening events for children. Food also ok, but could be better. Rooms and all the facilities very clean. All the crew very nice and always smiling. Very positive place.

Extremely pleasantly surprised by the Hotel accommodations, especially the variety of food in the restaurant. I am Bulgarian but have been living abroad since 1998. The evolition/change in the level of service/mind change since communism is incredible and so positive. Keep the good work.
    Thank you,
    Krassi

This hotel and complex has the ability to be your number one destination in nessebar. However the staff and a number of safety and organisational failings let the place down. My 14 year old daughter broke her collar bone on the body slide quite a tame ride at first glance suitable for even small children. My daughter exited the slide screaming in agony and visibly upset exited the splash pool two feet from the lifeguard. We then stood and assessed her injurys. The lack of care and attention given by the lifeguard in particular was sickening. She didnt batter an eyelid during the incident. No doctor on site although doctor is advertised 24/7. The doctor covers many resorts we were told the following day. Reception did not deem it important enough to report that she had been whisked away in a ambulance. Therfore we had to instigate a report with our holiday rep. There is a major safety failing around all pool sides with zero duty of care from all lifeguards. Broken metal railings in the toddler pool with exposed sharp metal, grills at the side of the pool raised and broken, no mats in pool side toilets or signs the floor is like a ice rink in there. Both of my smaller children slipped and fell. The lifeguards are often no where to be seen at pool side or they are often hiding in the corner eying up the young girls. The lifeguards do not and have not intervened the whole 2 weeks i witnessed children diving from pool ledges diving in water less than 0.8 metres the lifeguards are situated when they are where they are suppossed to be to far away from the pool to do any thing if the worst was to happen. The reception manager is a very decent guy and by far the best member of staff i have came across. The maids are also first class. The gentleman on the panni stand slav is also very efficient and at least has some manners. The quality manager met me to hear my complaints. 20 mins late for the appointment. I may add. Although she listned to my points i gave them the opportunity to resolve my complaints they chose not to do this hence my review. As far as organisational failings at every snack bar they cant cope with the amount of guests therfore expect a wait at every place. The burger stall is especially frustrating bacon, cheese, veg however no burger. Every day for two weeks no burger. The chef seems to like to make people wait regardless of the q he cooks one piece of bacon at a time. There is no ice cream available at the bay you have to walk to the palace or the beach to get a ice cream. This feels like its done by the hotel to save money. Pizza snack bar 4pm close however after 3.30 dont expect a slice of pizza. Children do not have a different coloured band as is standard practice at every other resort i have stayed at. I witnessed several 13year olds help them selves to beer on tap. At one of the unmanned bars. This is unusual for a hotel this size with 3000 guests to have a lack of staff that they have to have unmaned bars. The kids entairtainment area is not big enough for the three hotels so again dont expect a seat. The balcony lights and terrace lights all go out at 11pm although the palace terrace lights stay on. No one mans the pools at nights so expect children and adults to be jumping in there at ridiculous times of the night. Again a safety failing. So disappointing as this place could be the best hotel in this area. I have posted some photos of the life guards one at the bar not the pool
The other being well not very intrested. Also the Al a carte italian restaurant being allegedly full. So we couls not have our reservation

The in and outdoor pools are amazing, food is also nice. Baths and the rooms are little old however. Recommend the all inclusive option.

The hotel was clean the food was to suit the Russians or Germans same old daily. Most of the staff don't want to be there. The guy making the panini was so rude had no love for the job every seemed to be an effort. The pools were OK the slides were great for adults and kids. Eating out was really cheap. The best meal Was the Italian as it was served hot.
