Terrible customer service. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The biggest problem was that we've used some clean glasses from the lobby without asking prior for permision. However, there was no one to ask and no one working at the lobby bar. We left a day earlier, having paid for our rooms. We were advised there is no refund. I wouldn't even send my dog to this sh*thole

As center as one hotel can be In summertime every evening outside is a moderate noise, people are dining, walking, driving around with toy train or donkey taxi.
