We went A.I. and found it to be a beautiful clean hotel and very friendly staff. The bathrooms were small but adequate, the only problem was that there was no shower mats for the floor, so we had to use one of the hand towels as the tiles were very slippy when wet. The food although sometimes a good selection was only luke warm regardless of the time you went to eat. We understand about plastic cups being used around the pool area but can't understand why they were used in the bar and entertainment area of which there was hardly any entertainment. But on the whole we had a really lovely and enjoyable time.

Great friendly hotel for all ages and Nationalities, good food with varied menu "except on Tuesdays when it is Mediterranean night stinky fish based cack!" but apart from that all is good! Oh the pool is very very cold ❄ unless you are a Walrus or an Orca!😂

First time in Sunny Beach and stayed here with my parents for my dads 50th Birthday. Really nice hotel, staff are very welcoming. Room is nice but fridge is'nt the next as you open it and feel warm air coming out and it is not cold as a normal fridge i use back at home. Other than that really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to a friend.

Amazing. The spa is super good, the food in the morning And the evening was good. I recommend to take the all included deal for drinks at the hotel bar at dinner but it's not a most have. The restaurant near the hotel is so good. Recommend staying in there only to see the shows that preform there. The elves show is amazing. We had a great time.

I took my daughter on the 28th June for 1 week & stayed in this hotel. The only complaint I have is the lifts, they're really slow apart from this the Meridian is excellent. We where all inclusive and there's reasonable food throughout the day then you have a huge selection for your evening dinner. The barmen had a bit of an attitude I caught them once or twice talking about me in Bulgarian & laughing so I told them straight. The entertainment staff at the pool side where amazing especially the young girl with the blonde long hair tied back, I've forgot her name but she was excellent with the children & adults and did her job excellently and would recommend her for an instant promotion & pay rise. All in all we enjoyed it and I'm definitely going back. NICHOLAS.

Beautiful place, lovely views and very kind staff.Room cleaning every day, exchanging towels also. Nice animation people, a lot of food to choose, I thing everybody can find sth even very a fussy person.I really can recommend this hotel as almost the best in this area.It's worth to pay more to get standard like this !

Verey nice hotel not far from the beach the resturant is on the top floor so you get a panoramic views plenty of bars clubs and nice resturants around the hotel the room are clean and the staff helpful the safety deposit safes are in the reception not in the room apart from that verey nice hotel hope you find this helpful.
