Everything about the hotel is excellent except for wifi. They chose to try to make some additional cash by offering free 256kbps service just enough for emails and only casual web browsing but $10 for 10mbps connection. I did end up using the high speed so I can actually do some work, and appreciated the very fast speed since few we're willing to pay and freed up the bandwidth. The actual delivered bandwidth was 6mbps. I purchased breakfast package and it had one of the best breakfast that I had seen at hotels. Alot of choices there so it was well worth it.

Pretty cool and hip hotel in Leuven. Rooms very modern, clean and well equipped. The bar serves great beer! The Penta Burger is amazing! My only negative is that I discovered on Thursday the students finish their studies for the week and it's pretty easy to hear their antics from the roomnot great at 3am and a business meeting starting at 8pm! I'd stay again but ask for a room on a higher floor!!!!

Extremely noisy rooms. Kitchy, expensive, slow internet and unhelpful staff. When called at 8.15, I was told "all the the taxis until 9 are booked". No apology no willingness to help.

It's unfortunate that I need to rate this location so low, but despite the great service and comfort, the wifi was completely unusable. having to pay an extra 10 euro per day for usable wifi is completely unacceptable in this day and age. This being a business hotel I was practically unable to get any work done with the 256 KB wifi connection they offered. Just reaching this page to write the review took me 10 minutes on two different devices. This seems to me like more of a grab for money than it does anything else. If you want a 5 star review fix the only major issue that your hotel has. Raise the room price by a couple of euro and give your guests good Wifi. Until this changes I will not be coming back.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Terrible service. TV didn't work properly. Took them almost an hour to take action which was to blame the problem on a server issue. No solution. Then we had a call from reception early in the morning for no reason.

Nice city hotel, situated in the central part og the academic neighborhood in central Leuven. It is small and so are the rooms, but the standard is fairly good and so is the bar (if somewhat uinspired service). Perfect for a city trip ord business.

Everything was very nice from the busy and fun lobby/bar to the well designed (but slightly cramped) room and bathroom. The dinner and breakfasts I had there were very good with lots of choices at breakfast.
I did notice a healthy swarm of drain flies enjoying the breakfast spread and especially the cheese platter. They need to figure out and get to the bottom of the source of those flies (probably the bar) cause it definitely scared me away from most of what was out at breakfast.response / report this review -

In the heart of Leuven. Good beds, great daily breakfasts. The rooms were good size, the staff was great. The reception area for check in/out is at the bar which is different. The room service was tasty and prompt although the menu is very limited.
