I've spent a total of six weeks here on business travel and I'll return next time I get a chance. Very clean and spacious rooms with plenty of nice amenities (coffee, lotions, front desk minibar, etc.). The staff are incredibly professional and willing to help with anything. The spa and pool are very impressive. Downstairs restaurant is nice but very limited on Vegan options. Free breakfast buffet is extensive and high quality.

Nice hotel nice staff good beer and food, darn key cards are very un reliable and have to que for ages to get re-programmed each day! but otherwise a nice stay!

I regularly stay here and it is always a great experience. The rooms are brilliant, comfortable beds, clean and great facilities. The breakfast could be improved, sometimes some items are rather overcooked, but they have a great selection. They have a gym and swimming pool as well.

Perfect location for business travelers.
Rooms, staff and restaurant are of high standards.
Best of all are recreation area and Internet Wifi access.
Recreation area: Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room are perfect, clean and very relaxing. Lock cabinets and towels in changing room.
Internet is very fast (over 80mbps). Though I wished they could keep it stable. We had couple of disconnection in whole hotel for long time. TV rely on Internet which means both are down.
Parking cost is not logic when public parking exist just across the street.

Hotel looks tired and needs upgrading. Well located right at the bus stop from Brussels airport with a fast and regular bus service to/from the airport.

Being refurbished at the moment. The room we stayed in was small, overcrowded with furniture and slifhtly grubby. Lovely views though.

The rooms are very basic for a Crowne Plaza - I had a deluxe room but it was more like a standard Holiday Inn room. Great view of the highway. On the plus side, convenient location, lots of parking and good free high-speed internet.

Enjoyed the restaurant after a long trip from the US - Nico was an attentive and very personable server. Front desk staff was pleasant and prompt with requests, and the ease with which everyone switches to English is amazing. Breakfast buffet is much better than average. Room was clean and well kept every day for a full week. Shuttle to Brussels airport is right out front and departs every hour. City center is ten minutes away. No reason for me to stay anywhere else when visiting our office in Boom.
